For someone who has the Lords Ear and Voice why resort to such speculation and supposition at all much as the rest of us mere mortals have to? But now I guess your response will be the cliche one of "My Lord told me this", ...thats NOT the case is it because if he had it would be in the post above.

Whilst i appreciate you have given a lot of this stuff a whole lot of thought and time to arrive at Your Truth, you really should just take a step (actually about 300 steps would be more like it) back and analyse what you are now believing in and also encouraging others to as well.

For you followers of Shelby (yes you ARE even though you think you follow no man, ...or woman i guess?) please really have a wee think about this as well.

I could go on, but I think a short memorable post is in order here.

Darth, spot on my friend. Referneces to serpents in the NT are all about SNAKES at any rate.

....but hey we already know what the answer will be here shortly. ....Shall I dare a preemptive quote?... "The bible was imperfectly written and the copyists lost the REAL meaning of SERPENT and mixed it up with snakes".

Whilst Shelby raises some interesting points there for me they still fall flat on their face. These are spirit creatures we are talking about, not physical animals so all the stooping and crouching and legs etc is at best metaphorical if applied that way surely. The descriptions in the bible of spirit creatures and seraphs are to be taken literally and physically then? What are they then interdimensional shapeshifters?

Shelby as you have direct communication with Jesus and he seems affable enough to chat with you on a variety of subjects, please enlighten us on the following: (Say WMF asks if you must so you dont get struck down or something)

When was Jerusalem destroyed by the babylonians? 607 or 587?

Does the 7 Times prophecy of Daniel have a 2nd fulfillment? 2520yrs? 1914 etc

IS the WTS Gods chosen Organization on earth today? If so, does he gradually reveal things to them thru "new light"? If so, how much more new light are they going to get before they get it "right"?

Who or what is the antiChrist?

Hmm I've probably let a few get away from me ,but that would really be helpful to some of us. I'd like to know what The LORD says to you about those please.

Having given this a fresh read thru and looking at it in the simplistic language that the account is written in it does seem to fit nicely into a story told to answer a child who has asked "Daddy, why dont snakes have legs?" i.e not the other way around of, why do we die.

Like you say DP... why did God curse the snake for something over which it had no control and no responsibility and all snakes thereafter cursed to the same punishment? We have no way of knowing WHAT went on there as it would have been passed down orally thru many centuries and embellished no end anyhow so that the account as written may well be mostly myth by the time it gets carved into stone.

Animals in the "new system" will be veggies according to the WTS as they are not supposed to eat each other Evidently... From that we can deduce that Evidently they were veggies in Eden, .... Qui? The lion will eat straw just like the bull etc etc

Or Non? I say Non because of the teeth and digestive systems they have. Just because Big cats like little ones occaisionally take a nibble on some grass dont mean they can live on it. Its done for specific reasons not for hunger. The snake aint gonna eat carrots is he? No he eats bunnie wabbits who eat carrots instead.

I never ever belived that the animals would become veggies again anyway despite that being taught.

We need a damn time machine and pronto!! Zip back 6000 yrs and whizz over to Babylon district. Sneak in past the angelic security and voila. There you have it!! Hmmm what do we have exactly?

The snake was the most cautious of all the animals. Why would it NEED to be cautious? They had no fear of man did they? And from the fluffy paradise crap we are spoon fed from the WTS the animals all ate veg. So why so cautious Mr Snake? The closer you look the more holes you see. Answer? stop looking or stop believing.
